FTM – Terms and Conditions

Company: Savvy Travel Limited trading as FTM (“we”, “us”, “our”)
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by FTM. By using our website or booking travel through us, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
FTM acts as an agent between you (the customer) and travel service providers (such as cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, hotels, etc.). We facilitate your travel arrangements but do not directly provide the travel services ourselves.
2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the relevant service providers.

A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Full payment must be received by the due date specified on your invoice.

Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
3. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change policies depend on the service provider’s terms. Fees may apply.

We will assist with changes or cancellations, but we are not responsible for fees charged by third-party providers.

If FTM charges a service fee for changes or cancellations, you will be advised beforehand.
4. Refunds

Refunds are subject to the policies of the relevant service providers.

Some fares or bookings may be non-refundable.

FTM will not refund any amount until we have received the funds from the service provider.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This should cover cancellation, medical costs, lost baggage, and other travel-related risks. FTM is not responsible for any loss where insurance is not taken.
6. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you meet all entry, transit, and health requirements for the countries you are visiting.

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.

FTM can provide general information but is not liable if you are denied entry or fined due to non-compliance.
7. Liability

FTM is not liable for the acts, omissions, or default of third-party service providers.

To the extent permitted by law, FTM excludes all liability for loss, damage, or delay incurred due to events beyond our control or that of the service provider.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If you are acquiring services for business purposes, these Acts do not apply.
9. Website Use
Use of our website is at your own risk. We do our best to ensure accurate and up-to-date content, but we do not guarantee error-free operation or accuracy of information provided by third parties.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only share your data with service providers to facilitate your travel arrangements.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled in the New Zealand legal system.
